We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Longwood office. As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timelyassistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance. 
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. 
• Provide product information and offer solutions to meet customer needs. 
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software. 
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour plus quarterly profit incentive

Schedule:

•  Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (no weekends or overtime)
